Today I went to the doctor and heard my little girls heartbeat. She loves to kick and push off one side of my stomach to get to the other side. She hates the doppler machine that is used to hear her heartbeat, but I hear all babies hate it. I only have a couple more days until i reach my third trimester and let me tell you, I am READY for Lilly to grow some fat and get out of my belly! haha. My belly button is slowly getting closer and closer to popping out which I hear means I'm just that much closer to being done. I have 13 weeks before I hit 40 weeks (FULL FULL term). I'm hoping to really have her within the next 8. Technically she can be born now and be perfectly fine, but I want her to have enough fat on her body that she wont be see through. Once I hit 32 weeks it will all be smooth sailing.
Christopher and i put a bid on a house that we are really looking forward to getting. They didn't like the bid that we gave them which I think is totally stupid because we bid a full 15,000 dollars more than any other bid that they got!!! Hopefully they'll come back to us if we let them sit on it for a couple days. I mean, we bid full price and asked them to pay the 4500 closing cost. I don't think that they are going to get a better deal. So now I just have to sit here and wait.
I'm also not going to school right now. Therefore, I am REALLY REALLY bored! It's summer and I'm also only working one day a week (with the exception of picking up hours). Christopher just got hired onto a new job as the store manager for a new store that's going into the mall called "Citi Trends". He'll start training as soon as his drug test gets back to the regional manager in Lufkin.
My doctor said that I will be able to go to Missouri for the fourth of July celebration at my uncle's house. It can me my "baby moon", or my "last chance for a regular baby-free vacation". I'm looking forward to it very much! The only thing holding me back from going is Christopher. If this new job allows him to not go, that means that I probably wont be able to go either.
